Investigation Lead
(9/23 This is me being used as bait by intelligence/SOCOM).
This is a solid lead. It is a vehicle tied to a suspect that has a connection with the Sinaloa Cartel or a partner organization. I took this photograph in Vienna, Austria on Sunday, August 15, 2021.
Europe Intimidation Team
If you reviewed one of my Linkedin featured slide decks by clicking hashtag#tcoeurope (scroll down to Sinaloa Teams) it contains a photograph of a Blood proxy in a red bandana covering his face and red USA shirt who sat across from me on the train from Berlin, Germany to Vienna, Austria to intimidate me.
I photographed that individual on the train into Vienna the night before taking the photograph below -shortly after the FBI Agents in Belgium offered no protection.
The intimidation continued. The man who was driving this vehicle below participated in the intimidation. If you want to know more and the context, you can invite me to Interpol or another European law enforcement office for an interview. It is a solid lead.
Always a Step Ahead
Keep in mind this organization and its partners quickly pivot and stay steps ahead by using Pegasus (when accessible) and other tools with similar functionality.
Posting all the leads and solid suspects to Linkedin will undermine the value of the information I possess. Moreover, it will allow these criminals time to use whatever means are available to them to obstruct an investigation and justice from being served.

In a future article, I’m going to detail the givernments operations use of an innovative influence operations tool.
It is a tool that would clearly benefit intelligence agencies. I started to conduct research to see if I could find a Department of Defense (DOD) contract or something referencing it in literature or tied to DARPA, SOFIC and related or tie it to a United States military branch Development Group. It is state of the art.
It is a tool the 4th might have or an intelligence agency. Identifying the likely source requires more time to research and consult with others. However, I believe that to be less likely. This is probably one of the biggest stories I can share, but it will take time to write a proper article.
Navy SEALs reference evil SEALs in an interview and US Attorneys have described Bloods as being evil. When this comes out and is substantiated it will be more of the same. This influence operations tool being repurposed in the way it is being used by the cartel teams (black ops) epitomizes the same evil that binds these cartel teams.
