I am going to begin to explain how communication has occurred. There has been no face-to-face communication with those directing this campaign based on lies, deception and a long list of felonies.
The same methods are used to engage in influence operations and the same tools are used to communicate. They use a multitude of means. It is a type of cryptography if that is the right term like encryption. It is impossible to discern unless one was monitoring the recipient of the communication all day every day both with eavesdropping and physical surveillance. The language changes and is not static. This communication is done in plaint sight or with others present and because it is targeted like the threat or other message in an influence operation, it can not be discerned by any other party (almost all the time).

They have a list of cognitive anchors for me and they can change every few days as a form of encryption might change. These names are used to grab the targets attention before a message is delivered that usually centers around harassment, intimidation, threats, and fear-mongering (psywar).
