There are truths on this website https://mcsinaloa.com about United States government personnel involved in crimes but only to further their mission objectives. The misinformation on this website was fed by the United States and allied partners engaging in a black operation to further ingratiate themselves with organized criminal group across the world providing fixer services. I stopped updating the website during 2022 and took it offline after being contacted by clandestine personnel in Berlin, Germany. I placed the mcsinaloa.com website back online (some content is broken from the reload) January 2024.
Up until 2022, I believed the government operatives involved were corrupt for the sake of personal enrichment. This was due to the operatives developing a black operation that involved committing numerous crimes to construct this narrative to my personal detriment. The personnel are not corrupt as presented in this website. It was presented as such as a result of a large influence operation to construct a false narrative combined with a very real government designed and executed terror campaign with me as the victim.
The Global Terror Campaign (Illuminating Criminal and State Networks)
After I discovered various clandestine and covert operations involving government operatives in the United States and Mexico beginning in 2019 and through 2020, the operatives initiated a campaign that worked to further ingratiate themselves while moving their mission forward to combat transnational threat groups. The plan concocted by government operators: deny me access to law enforcement and put me at the center a global terror campaign after being designated a cartel rat.
I was a terrorized across the world and every where I went. Threat group members each I place I went were called out to intimidate, harass, gaslight and at times physically attack me. Government intelligence services painted these targets -thousands of them. This has since led to unprecedented results and numerous investigations across the world.

This and other tactics to degrade the target’s ability to seek justice are carried out by the special operations team. Whether that is true or not remains to be seen. This is a tradecraft method of harrassing a target using covert online methods. The same is true for road operations.
I know I am at an intelligence controlled location, under 24/7 surveillence, that they have saturated the entire area. I know that I reached out to the government countless times for assistance and that they have had the opportunity from DEA to FBI to end this situation and prevent disclosure of any information including their criminal activities in support of operations. However, they have chosen to pursue a coverup, discredit campaign, and engage in disruption, intimidation and worse. In short they have chosen a course of COINTELPRO like tactics.
For example the special operations division convoy might have a UPenn or Penske (Pen) falling a vehicle that is the alias for the target (like Schneider) or perhaps a UPS truck. This is followed by a truck may that reads (Malawi), I am law. This communicates the special operations team (federal government personnel) will have you the target arrested, framed and convicted for life) if you attempt to disclose our illegal operations.
