The truth is I unconverted covert operations involving government personnel engaged in operations that included cyber crime, drug and people smuggling, and other fixer services like security services like surveillance and witness intimidation and obstruction. It started out as me being unknowingly used as bait by government personnel to act as a decoy and illuminate threat networks.
Somehow the government also devised an operation at my government office that involved a sting of sorts (or long con). I started working at the City of San Diego as an investigator (insert text here) about FBI involvement and SOCOM.
I remember I heard murdered DEA agent Kiki Camerena’s wife say she did not know what to believe after hearing so many things over the years. ‘
I can tell you that is by design -it is how intelligence operates like the CIA and BND. I also heard her wonder how it is the CIA had tapes of her husband’s torture and murder. Well, that is obvious, the CIA provides services to the cartels and values these relationships whether it means trafficking drugs to the United States or allowing the murder of a federal agent. I know and have first-hand knowledge of operatives providing these services including surveillance of cartel targets.
Now the Central Intelligence Agency and today SOCOM (intelligence and more) has no problem preserving relationships with the Sinaloa Cartel doormat in order to access other countries even if these means violating the law over and over in countless forms like those enumerated above or sacrificing civilians (or other agents) to continue to not only let their relationship play but to maximize benefits by creating opportunities as the expense of others lives. The Central Intelligence Agency and SOCOM are not concerned with justice in any form.
This is the attitude, one of general recklessness, and without care for others even if it results in death just like with the former member of SEAL Team 6 who pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit assault and obstruct justice, violation of a lawful general order, involuntary manslaughter, and obstruction of justice. He had initially faced murder charges in the case that resulted from the death (murder) of Green Beret Staff Sgt. Logan Melgar. The several hundred page report on Navy SEAL Eddie Gahallager (out of San Diego) also detailed the culture and fosters this type of accountable behavior.

The Plot Thickens: The FBI is lead agency “combatting” cyber criminals
How would this work? You take Special Operations Division that is comprised of all the three letter agencies. The CIA has rogue operatives who infiltrate the cartels and other other mafia and gangs, and feed this information back. Arrests are only made when it will not expose the operatives. The FBI and others like the DEA engaged in parallel construction. They hide their methods and require tier two personal at the United States Attorney’s office and other agents at the FBI and DEA to never disclose the true sources of the intelligence. Why is this done?
I believe that there are multiple reasons, but collecting intelligence without warrants, using illegal methods to scoop up intelligence as a regular practice would be a reason. American’s, the Courts and even the United States Attorney General would be more than stirred -outraged. I think its a convenient relationship if the operations decisions and activities never reach the Deputy Attorney General (DAG) and the Attorney General (who is ultimately responsible for these illegal methods being employed).
rom approximately 2014 to 2016, I lived in East Hollywood next to a Japanese boarding house. This boarding housed individuals engaged in cybercrime activities and associated with the Yakuza. This house was located on the border of Korea Town, Los Angeles. I moved from California after a veiled threat after I discussed reporting their activities to the FBI and other escalations by gang members. This was not too far from the Hollywood Presbyterian ransomware.

San Diego and Mexico Operations
A few years later, I moved back to California albeit to San Diego then to Tijuana Mexico after I accepted a job with a local law enforcement agency as an investigator. I was aware of significant anomalous activity on my computers connecting to China IPs and some to Japan and other indications of compromise each time I replaced my devices. I moved to Tijuana after having lived there in the past and communicated to my office in downtown. I noticed I was being followed across the border every day, this turned into a Latino man outside my high rise in Tijuana taking a photograph or video while he waited outside my building gate for me to exit. Things escalated.

I realized that I had been used a a vector for infection. What I did not know is the United States government had staged an elaborate classified operation using me as bait and as decoy while government infiltrators puppeted in members tied to various organized criminal groups to do reconnaissance for a plan ransomware operation.

This was the laundromat staged by Department of Defense (Special Operations) forces to send a message to me as part of their black operation just after I witnessed them unload a Panga of drugs and people at Torrey Pines State Beach nearby. My name is Christian Duke. This is part of a psychological warfare campaign that has continued to this day in January 2024. It involves complete domination of the targets environment both digital and in the physical (non-digital space). It employs both high tech, low tech and no tech.
Both cyber ware and electronic warfare supplement the psychological warfare campaign. This was part of the United States governments campaign to attribute responsibility to the Sinaloa Cartel and the Bloods (and them acting as corrupt fixers which I believed until I was contacted in Berlin during 2022 at an intelligence controlled location. What you don’t see is the San Diego police department cruiser lying in wait like in a hunter’s blind that special operations division personnel had staged for me. Sinaloa cartel, Bloods and other Asian OCG associates were on site to witness my intimidation and harrassment by San Diego Police Department personnel. This was done after I believe a Department of Defense (member of Army Intelligence) made a false report stating I was stalking her.
The reality was Navy SEALs turned spies who had infiltrated these criminal groups with other task force members staged a large black operation wherein I was terrorized for the months prior to this day to further ingratiate themselves with the criminal groups, to prevent me from obtaining assistance from the FBI (as non-classified personnel) might have put a stop to the activities and using me as a decoy and object of terror, and to poison databases by having false reports inserted into law enforcement databases to smear me to hide these illegal covert activities I had uncovered.

This was nothing compared to what these unaccountable spies and other SOCOM personnel did to me over several years.
