What if America learned about Department of Defense Special Operations personnel using directed energy weapons against an American civilian in America over a period of a some months. It happened. I walked around with a concussion for several months and have labeled those responsible as “Team Easy Bake Oven.” These are not tools that only American adversaries possess. Get serious for a minute and consider that the Department of Defense alone has an annual budget approaching 1 trillion dollars.
Sonic Devices
They not only engaged in using directed energy weapons which is part of special operations tool set to leave a low footprint (plausibly deniable methods), but they used sonic devices which I presume they also provided to Bloods gang members (who had one in downtown Los Angeles and other black in the airport in Istanbul, Turkey. I presume the tools were provided as part of ingratiation fixers servers to equip their doormat associates and build up their street credibility as they sought to engage various organized crime group networks across the world. The government operatives had to give in order to get something in return.
