This is a government surveillence van. It is parked a few blocks away from a friend’s house who works at a major newspaper and has a lot of journalist friends. I snapped the photo well after I discovered covert operations involving special operations personnel.
The government by this point has already began an online and offline covert campaign to frame me and destroy my reputation and terrorize me out of San Diego using local law enforcement. The vans were positioned as I created on this map around the house. I am not sure the reason why they had three vans perhaps for technical reasons. See how close the van is to Navy Special Warfare (Coronado). You want to know when Navy Special Warfare was formed 1987. SOCOM was formed in 1987. They use this number as a double entendre -to threaten to murder targets as part of operations (and to piss and tag everything they touch with other interagency personnel). The van has an 87. Usually their vehicles in my experience all have a 187 tag on them or some derivation or at times only an 87.
I was enslaved to special operations.
I requested assistance numerous times from personnel including in the United States and Europe. None of the personnel assisted because of United States intelligence making backroom deals and implementing a plan to use me as bait then pimping me out to its allies.
I repeatedly attempted to obtain access to counsel. However, due to intelligence circumventing that process using asymmetric warfare techniques to manipulate people around me and others that would have provided assistance, my ability to access resources began increasingly smaller. Even when I attempted to obtain access to counsel at the Center for Constitutional Rights in New York this past fall, I was threatened and physically obstructed by gang members and associates whom the government infiltrators sent in to block my access. Prior to this occurring about a half hour prior the special operations personnel threatened to have me placed in prison (which means murdered) if I sought counsel.
The operations personnel repeatedly using cutouts (or gave members used a variety of trade-craft means to threaten me with being hanged. This was repeated over and over in various locations. Additionally I reached out to Congressional representatives and that too was obstructed. I will threatened with being arrested outside of Davenport, Iowa when I was going to seek assistance from Senator Chuck Grassley’s office. In response the United States government agency personnel engaged in a smear campaign. This included having me pulled over in Oklahoma while I was traveling West to seek counsel with the Special Operations personnel convoy with me. And the FBI was around the same time sent out in Nashville to intimidate contacts and engaged in a further smear campaign. The personnel stated they were looking for me, but the they have known exactly where I am and what I am doing every minute of the day for the past several years.
What are Special Operations
I am creating this website after several years of attempting to obtain assistance from various law enforcement agencies including foreign allied personnel. I was refused assistance by the FBI, DEA and DOD along with counterpart agencies in Europe.
Unbeknownst to me I had been refused assistance and any form of relief because NATO and allied agency personnel concocted and executed a plan to use me as prey. Prey meaning, one that is helpless or unable to resist attack or a victim. Victim by definition is one that is injured, destroyed, or sacrificed under any of various conditions, one that is subjected to oppression, hardship, or mistreatment or one that is tricked or duped
I was used in a global campaign to illuminate state and non-state transnational threat group members. Literally, terrorized across the world, desperate and searching for answers, in Berlin Germany where I had been steered, I discovered the truth. I was the victim at the center of a global multi-billion dollar terror campaign. I was about to expose the operations, when a clandestine operative reached out to me using tradecraft and directed me to assist.
Deny, Degrade, Disrupt, Deceive and Destroy
I was told I would be released from the ordeal by Christmas 2022. However, this did not happen. Instead, those involved German and United States personnel continued to delay and deceive me while keeping me in a horrific situation
In the beginning of 2023 while in Berlin Germany engaged in slaving for the Germans and NATO, I communicated I would seek counsel to have a writ filed in the DC Courts seeking to forbid the United States, Germany and other NATO personnel from using me against my will in operations and keeping me in a state of terror and servitude. A series of staged actions were undertaken to route and harm me.
I was physically attacked in a staged assault set up by the Germans and Americans at an intelligence controlled location. I was seriously injured and have never received medical care. Soon after this event at another staged event, my passport was seized for a staged deportation -not before being presented with a SOCOM dilemma. However, prior to the presentation of the dilemma, I was told by a member of German law enforcement in a back room that I would be taken back to the United States under escort on a Delta flight to MacDill Airforce base in Tampa, Florida (the home of special operations command). This was a lie. One of many to continue to use me.
Human Trafficking
Instead I was deported and trafficked back to the United States to be used by special operations personnel. This was intentionally done by the Germans and Americans after having me slave for them in Germany for about 8 months. They wanted to repeat the operation in the United States given the success in Germany.
I was forced to go back to the United States. I fled from the United States approximately July 1, 2021 where I was tortured over a period of several months by United States government personnel providing fixer services for the Sinaloa cartel and Bloods. I literally was confined to a house from December 2020 until about July 1, 2021 when I left the house with an escort to the airport to exit the United States after the FBI and DEA provided no assistance. (The agencies provided no assistance because they were using me in classified operations to illuminate threat groups and to ingratiate other operatives and classified personnel had staged a series of events to smear me).
Obviously, I would have never returned to the United States and promptly left the country once I arrived. Instead, I was further coerced to obtain a vehicle and drive (as bait) back to the west coast. I did so, but the coercion and intimidation continued -leading me to drive over 60,000 miles from June 12, 2023 to January 15, 2022. I have effectively crossed the United States 32 times with a large armada of personnel. I have been intimidated by various personnel from large trucks taking swipes at me, staged field contacts and tickets, threatened with prison if I obtained counsel and numerous other threats by government personnel using tradecraft.” The subtext, what are you going to do: We are the FBI, DEA and DOD.

What Is Special Operations? JP 3-05 (Special Operations) defines special operation as “operations [that] require unique modes of employment, tactics, techniques, procedures, and equipment. They are often conducted in hostile, denied, or politically and/or diplomatically sensitive environments, and are characterized by one or more of the following: time-sensitivity, clandestine or covert nature, low visibility, work with or through indigenous forces, greater requirements for regional orientation and cultural expertise, and a higher degree of risk. Special operations provide joint force commanders (JFCs) and chiefs of mission with discrete, precise, and scalable options that can be synchronized with activities of other interagency partners to achieve United States Government (USG) objectives.” You will see these are exactly the things I am describing in this blog.
I know about these things because I was the victim of an elaborate multiagency mission targeting state and non-state threat actors. The FBI, DEA and DOD and the other countries involved had several years to remove me from this situation and do the right thing. They chose to bury me with a smear campaign and did much worse to me that includes a long list of crimes over some years. They do not care about protecting this information or it coming out because they could have prevented it years ago. Even as I type federal task force members know what I am typing, doing, and where I am sitting. They call this the Truman Show. Special Operations Crimes
This blog is about my experience with special operations command (SOCOM) personnel as well as special operations division (SOD) personnel which includes personnel from a large number of agencies and departments including DOD, DEA, FBI, NSA, CIA and others personnel working on classified projects. I was victimized over a multi-year period by these personnel. The FBI given the scandal it will create (undoubtedly loss of jobs) and lead to Congressional Oversight hearings like Church Committee has engaged in coverup operations to enable this illegal conduct to my personal detriment. All of these things I have experienced, but the conduct includes numerous crimes being committed to further mission objectives by all the interagency partners involved. This includes using false reporters (presumably DOD personnel), local law enforcement within the circle of influence, as part of black operations to falsify law enforcement databases, engage in illegal searches, file reports they know are false by DOD actors (or other related) to operations, destroy evidence, manufacture other evidence using the vast resources and influence of the federal government and technology and methods that others know nothing about to harass, intimidate, coerce, and attempt to break down in order to carry out coverup operations (which the Department of Defense) has done since it was formed.
These actions that I am describing are per the SOCOM’s own definition, highly targeted, clandestine or covert, politically sensitive, and utilize unique modes of employment, tactics, techniques, procedures, and equipment. They ensure all activities, or attempt to ensure all activities are plausibly deniable, and if needed the goon squad (FBI) is deployed to attempt to bury the person who reports their illegal activities (that stay classified and hidden from oversight as a result. The prosecutors and tier two agency employees benefit (and ignorance is bliss if it makes them more successful).
The Alliance and Allied Leadership
Certainly SOCOM and likely the Director of the FBI and DEA are aware of me and know my name or Deputies to the Director and Administrator. I assume the same for Germany and Switzerland where significant operations occurred.
I believe the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney are not aware of events that past several years and the crimes committed directly at me and that all the staged field contacts have sought to poison the well -via database poisoning to smear me and prevent the Attorney General’s office from intervening.
