Since 2019, I have lived in Mexico, Europe, California and Tennessee. I have as part of operations gone into 38 states first unknowingly going through x after being terrorized as part of black operations during 2020. November 2020 I arrived in Nashville, TN and from December 2020 through July 1, 2021 I never left the property but for once to walk around the block to check things out. On about July 1, 2021 I fled to Switzerland to request political asylum. I was steered to an intelligence controlled location. I was railroaded, and terrorized at the center, my process corrupted by intelligence. I was then steered to Berlin, Germany (the City of Spies) at which time I began to figure it all out.
I was contacted by a clandestine operative using tradecraft after being funneled or steered through a series of intelligence controlled locations. I was directed to assist their operations. I was told I would be released by Christmas 2022. This never occurred. Around the end of March 2023, I was told at a staged contact, that I would be sent on a paid “Delta” flight with a law enforcement escort back to MacDill Airforce base the headquarters of SOCOM (Special Operations Command).
This did not happen. I was instead presented with a SOCOM dilemma to be used by intelligence again by going into a German asylum center which I already knew they had packed with various OCG members and associates and other operatives, or I could go back to the United States (now on my own) via a staged deportation. After the ordeal in Switzerland, I refused to go into the asylum center so I was deported to be used back in the United States by Special operations division personnel.
Obviously I was not going to willing return to the United States. Moreover, I was not suddenly going to begin driving around the United States after having been holed up in the United States on a property for 8 months before fleeing unless something changed. What changed was a large armada of Special Operations Division personnel were deployed wherever I went. And using tradecraft I was repeatedly told I would be released, or if I went to obtain counsel I was threatened like in Manhattan during September of 2023 using tradecraft and many other times.
Why? Because personnel, clearly do not want the AG to know what has been going on or those involved to be held to account, so it is an attempt to delay while engaging in coverup activities to my personal detriment. If you can keep the Legislative and Judicial branches out, and it compartmentalized within the Executive and build firewalls and keep moving it along then you will ensure there is no justice and no accountability and scandal.
Government Developed and Directed Terror Campaign 2020 -2021

I was gaslit, stalked, intimidated, chased and harassed across the United States in order to illuminate threat groups wherever I traveled. Imagine wherever you went gang members and cartel associates coming out after you along with government personnel being utilized at the local level to begin creating falsified field contacts in order to double down on the black operation.
Government directed terror campaign with my knowledge April 2023 – January 2024
From mid June 2023 through January 2024, I drove around the United States with an armada as the rabbit. Threat group members were painted over the course of driving more than 60,000 miles over a period of about 6 months of driving. I have gone into a total of 38 states as part of operations which are highlighted in yellow below. This is a lot of town and cities across America. It amounts to driving back and forth across the United States more than 32 times during this period.

Calling myself the rabbit is not the term I would use. I would call myself a victim who due to American intelligence (and law enforcement), I was used to illuminate threat groups within Europe with the full support of Switzerland and Berlin intelligence and law enforcement. Those little red dots on the map indicate the intelligence controlled asylum center I was trafficked into. The other dot overlapping is less than 20 miles away from one of Switzerland’s largest seizures that occurred in 2022 at the Nespresso plant after I was steered in Germany. I had months long Eurail global passes that allowed me to go anywhere within Europe. I was looking to get anyway and find refuge anywhere, but could not. It was incredible. I was literally terrorized ride to ride wherever I went. It was because government infiltrators within the cartels and providing services to the other OCGs were using me to light criminal networks in Europe.
I wanted to spend my time in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece, but I kept my range to the following countries, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Poland and Brussels, and skirted through France and Luxembourg. You can see these countries are where most of the operations occurred in Operation SpecTor.
Illuminating Threat Networks in Europe – As the Rabbit
The FBI legats in Belgium denied me assistance while I was actively being terrorized.
I went to Switzerland for protection. Instead the Swiss used me and facilitated the terror campaign. I also went into Brussels circled Germany and Switzerland many times on the train. Each stop threat groups members stepped on the train to terrorize me and got off with me, sat next to me and sometimes threatened me. I never had a break. Europol, at least personnel within Europol used me or were receiving intelligence from other Europeans and the American’s that had developed by terrorizing me across the globe. I stopped developing this blog during 2022 after I was contacted by clandestine operatives. The information in this blog shows parts of the government directed terror campaigns.
I was made to believe by government operators who had infiltrated the cartel that they were corrupt individuals who were working with the cartels and mafias.
The truth I discovered in 2022 was they were engaging in illegal activities to support a multifold mission playing both the cartels and mafias and me. This involved German, Swiss, and United States personnel and a number of operatives from allied countries. You can see in the mcsinaloa.com blog, that I have tied to Brasil and Germany and that Brazilians I know where being threatened no doubt to further illuminate networks there. It probably went something like this. The cartel infiltrators says, “we have a rat and he has ties to Brazil. Who do you have there that can engage in some intimidation. Make some calls to their home and ask questions like, “Do you live alone? Do you have children? and things of this nature. Then have cybercriminals take over the Brazilian’s gmail account and send emails (as an intimidation move) pretending to be a mother of a target telling me the person close to me disappeared. This intimidation also occurred with other Brazilian friends who were in Germany who received phone calls from “Compton,” California where Bloods gang members involved with the intimidation reside. This was likely probably sent by government personnel attempting to attribute responsibility to the Bloods as part of its black operation to further intimidate me and keep me in distress and in a flight or fight response.
