I uncovered criminal activities involving cybercrime staging, drug and people smuggling in San Diego County that were tied into Los Angeles. The United States personnel involved in response engaged in burying me, destroying my reputation, taking away my home, my job, isolating me, terrorizing me across the world to be used as bait (so they could execute their strategy) to disrupt networks beyond Los Angeles. This is fine, but the amount of illegal activities engaged in to ensure not only the operations continued, but that put me at the center of them were nothing but criminal.

The activities of the federal personnel involved is far worse than the the activities of the criminal apprehended. Yet this Supervisory Special Agent is purporting to proclaim, “This was a model case for this kind of strategy.” What strategy is she referencing?

Look at my entire blog, that is about government orchestrated and directed criminal activities over a multi-year period which sought to use and ruin me. I was at the center of intelligence that led to numerous operations across the world. Is this FBI Supervisory Special Agent in Los Angeles implicitly championing the success of this model? Or is she like many FBI agents we have seen on television -simply grossly incompetent and oblivious with a callous disregard for the law.

This desire to dismantle networks beyond California is obvious one motive for government personnel engaging in illegal activities over a multi-year period -to support its mission to combat transnational organized crime. This is from the FBI’ s website on February 28, 2024. I reported crimes back in 2020 specific to Los Angles and other Southern California transnational threat groups. Interagency US government personnel responded by using, harming and destroying me. “That strategy also worked.”

My personal opinion is this is a flawed strategy. You remove distributors that are far removed from the production and the source, then others will simply step in and create new networks. I disagree with the touted amount of disruption or that it will have any meaningful impact. This is a decades old problem and apparently every predecessor that steps into the role of Supervisory Agent in Los Angeles thinks they are are making a meaningful impact.

What is difference between 1990 and 2024, 34 years later? Last I checked, the cartels have expanded into every town across the United States and saturated every place. The Bloods have expanded significantly. One only needs to look at the DEA’s own publications to see this is the case. And let us consider the power dynamic. The implication without have all the facts is that someone in Candada is a top level distributor. Last I check, Los Angeles is a primary hub if not the primary hub, and the further south you go to the centers of production the closer you get to the center of power. Anyone can sell buy and sell drugs. There is a low barrier to entry and there are numerous drug dealers waiting in the wings. Even when the Kingpin strategy is “executed” in Mexico or further south, there is someone waiting in the wings to quickly fill that void. What was the effect of Pablo Escobar El Chapo was arrested, his sons took over, a son is arrested -the brothers handle or may be there is an opportunity for a partner cartel or competing cartel. There is no disruption that is meaningful, this is why there are record imports into America despite arrests and seizures.

United States Federal Agents Decided to Use Me As Bait Over More Than 4 years

This is a small part of likely Blood or Blood associates in Southern California and Virginia City, Nevada. This are only a few images of thousands. This is stalking me around. The woman on the left stalked me to a a church, this huge guy in the center is right outside my hotel door. The same vehicle he and his accomplice was following me around five hundred miles south in San Diego, California the weeks before. The guy with the basketball was providing surveillance for an exchange, possibly a drug deal, going on in front of Emerald Plaza between what was likely another Blood and member of the Singalong Cartel. The bottom two individuals like all the photos except for perhaps the guy with the basketball (he was not playing basketball) was part of a intimidation and harrassment operations designed and direcrted by special operations personnel. This is how my day was from 2020 through January 2024. I was repeatedly refused assistance from the DEA and FBI. This was because federal personnel were using me as bait for their mission. This all started in Los Angeles and exploded in San Diego. The FBI curiously believe their strategy with engaging in illegal activities to “go after the “highest level of transnational organized crime” while terrorizing me and engaging in reputation destruction and framing me is a “model strategy” Imagine this occurring every minute of the day supplemented with attacks, framing, false detentions, harassment by special operations personnel, torture, and more. This same strategy of incompetence and illegal conduct to support FBI mission is seemingly championed earlier this month by the Los Angeles FBI’s supervisory agent. Where did all this start for me?
