SDPD Officers Harassment, Intimidation, Participating in a staged contact, lying in wait, illegal detention, threats, knowingly taking a false report from another operative likely (DOD) who made a false report, filing a false field contact report (to poison the well) to cover covert (illegal activities). 2) Filing a falsified BOLO after SOCOM personnel had a threat note they drafted placed on my vehicle windshield.
SD County Sheriff Deputies: Harassment, Intimidation, Obstruction of Justice, and Threats
Boerne Police Departmnet: Another individuals made a false report, The officer also falsified his own report as he never presented. He only presented 90 mins or so after I left the scene, despite reporting officially that he was around the corner (one block at time of call then onsite). The reporter made perjured statements (if they made one at all) and the the officer did the same and never showed up to render aid. It was all staged and another poison the well activity.
New Mexico State Trooper (Gaslighting (stalker radar); attempt to frame, lying in wait to pull me over as part of a staged stop). Giving me only a few business days to pay the ticket which had I not been attentive to would have resulted in a bench warrant. This was all staged by special operations personnel.
Berlin airport, The police officer in the back told me I would be taken back on a Delta flight to MacDill Air Force base with a law enforcement escort. Shortly thereafter, another operative was directed to stage an event after my passport was taken (staged). This was all a lie to me and ruse. The event was staged to create another “clown” contact which I had no part of but was in the area, again to poison the well, and undermine my credibility. The operative was simply doing what the operative was told. The police and everyone engaged in a staged operation and I was reeled into it. This was all show and illegal activities perpetrated by the German intelligence using local law enforcement just like they do in America.
Oklahoma stop. I was with Special Operations division. This was according to them “Taylor made.” They clearly wanted to have camera footage of the documents in my vehicle which they knew I had drafted because they have full remote access to my computer. Seemingly to use them for other reasons (leverage somehow). The stop and search was illegal. Special operations division personnel were all around, and I was driving wester with them from Nashville. I told them I was going to obtain counsel in the West Coast so they initiated this “intervention” and intimidation maneveur. Threat group members in OC where nearby filming my detention. It was replicated to be exactly like a detention I had complained about via the one way radio that is buried in my vehicle to SOD personnel. They echoed the same with a DOD(?) contractor who walked by me immediately after the police left with a “Taylor Made” hat. I was written a ticket for not putting on my blinker. The whole thing was a violation of my civil rights and a ruse. The personnel were directed to pull me over by special operations personnel (who again were all on site and in the area) when this went down.
Coronado PD. in Temecula with members of a cartel, presumably Sinaloa who were directed to follow me up to Temecula (literally) after terrorizing me around Torrey Pines States Beach and Del Mar after I witnessed SEAL and other personnel bring in a Panga of people and product in the early morning hours. It was an intimidation move.

Discredit Me, Ingratiate and Attempt to Have Warrant Issued
The officer issued the ticket as a misdemeanor ignoring my instructions after I told him I would pay it and not contest it. He gave me exactly four business days to contact the court and return completed documentation. If I did not, a bench warrant could have been issued.
This was not normal. This was more harassment as they had promised a few months before in threat note they gave me.
The goal was to continue to build a record to fuel a discredit narrative and to facilitate the conditions by which a bench warrant could be issued. One needs to understand the context and timing of this event. This was one of several staged contacts with corrupt officers since August 2020.
DOD had been calling out OCG members to stalk me since I moved back to Tijuana. DOD was calling them out to have them painted using me as bait) as evidenced in the images I posted of the Reno team and other threats.
This is simply more intimidation steeped in plausible deniability and supports a discredit narrative. More contacts with law enforcement and now a misdemeanor. Most importantly, it was another attempt to grease the process which could lead to my incarceration. I
This type of staged contact and soft intimidation serves all interests. It demands less because it does not require the corrupt officer to be overtly threatening and the delivery method gives the corrupt officer cover with plausible deniability.
Two weeks before this event the DOD (black operations personnel) with the Bloods led the “operation” to facilitate a #lawenforcement recall to ensure a felony stop and my arrest. See my Featured posts. This was more of the same: an attempt to create conditions by which a bench warrant would be issued.
Everything that has happened is like what the United States gymnasts went through with the Nasser investigation and more given this is transnational #organizedcrime.
The updated slides below are in rough form. They show some of the intimidation targeting me after I discovered Sinaloa Cartel partners engaged in major crimes that spanned their business segments from ransomware to maritime trafficking.
Witness Intimidation
The partner group members engaged in a multiple-prong campaign to silence me by first poisoning the well. They attempted to create a false narrative using corrupt law enforcement and other cartel proxies to make false reports. They simultaneously began intimidating those close to me and have made multiple attempts to get me into custody on bogus charges and in one instance did as they had promised July 2020 by using corrupt members of law enforcement.
The cartel partners to protect their secrets have engaged in a sustained campaign of targeted #corruption in an attempt to ensure I have no refuge.
The #SinaloaCartel‘s primary weapon is corruption. If it can corrupt heads of state, cabinet-level officials, and entire police departments, it certainly can corrupt a few low-level law enforcement bureaucrats in the border regions, a Swiss SEM case officer, and anyone needed to ensure I have no refuge and the well remains poisoned. On the face seemingly fantastic, but all true.
Think about it like this – how much money would you spend of your billions to quietly silence someone who can identify key partners central to your booming Pacific maritime trafficking business, corrupted members of law enforcement, unravel your ransomware segment, and identify members of the intimidation team and the latest tactics. The goal is to avoid an investigation and all actions have been taken to support the avoidance of one.
The events raise serious questions about why no US federal agency has taken action and provided protection.
