Torrey Pines State Beach (Maritime Delivery)
I personally watched Department of Defense (DOD) personnel bring in a maritime load of people and product at Torrey Pines state beach during Fall 2022. By the end of October 2020, I was terrorized out of San Diego. These were fixer services provided to the Sinaloa cartel by government operatives who had infiltrated the cartel.
The Special Operations Division (SOD) decided that my discoveries were best handled by terrorizing me across the the country and then steering me into an intelligence location in Switzerland one after another, then Berlin to intelligence locations. This plan required me to be terrorized literally minute to minute.
The San Diego Police Department stop, contrary to the misinformation reported here on https://mcsinaloa.com/ was part of a black operation involving illegal activities. I was meant to believe they were working with the Sinaloa Cartel and Bloods and it appeared to be the case.

The false reporter was probably a Department of Defense (DOD) contractor, part of the military intelligence, or some other interagency personnel to make a false complaint at a staged stop. I was led to belief these were corrupt officers. They were corrupt and did violate a number of laws and my civil rights along with the individual who made a false report. The was all stagecraft.
This was all stage craft and theater including psychological operations tradecraft and the use of local law enforcement to facilitate a terror campaign to support a black operation. It was also designed to get me to leave San Diego to use me as bait. The officers might have been corrupt or more likely participants working with special operations personnel to stage this theater at my expense while other cartel and organized crime group members or associates looked on while I was terrorized. I left San Diego that day, and never returned until June 2023. Almost three years later.
