What is an influence operation? Few even have heard of such a thing. The bottom line it is modern warfare. It is a tool to deceive, control, and force obedience. It is a means of subverting and individuals free will and basic rights, a person’s civil liberties. The United States intelligence community and its NATO allies are all in on influence operations.
I want to talk about magic. This is, at least in part, a reference to influence operation craft. Magic is the management of perceptions. This is what the government personnel are doing to targets. These are illegal activities. The core of influence operations based on my experience is about control and attempting to break someone.
Influence operations are at the core of modern warfare. These operations involve cyber warfare, electronic warfare, and psychological warfare. The psychological aspect however anchors the three forms. However, all three psychological, cyber, and electronic warfare are integrated in real-time campaigns to target individuals and groups. Is this legal? No.
United States Influence Operations
The United States Army’s 4th (Psycho)logical Forces stated.
[We are] Masters of Influence – the core of information warfare. We conduct influence activities to target psychological vulnerabilities and create or intensify fissures, confusion, and doubt in adversary organizations. We use all available means of dissemination – from sensitive and high tech, to low-tech, to no-tech, and methods from overt, to clandestine, to deception.
Let me tell you what this means based on personal experience. Whoever is the designated target, whether a civilian working and living in a non-war zone or otherwise, we will fear monger, harass, intimidate, threaten, isolate, engage in psychological attacks by engaging in long-term psywar campaigns, using real-time intelligence to provide forces with asymmetric advantages to manipulate, steer, entrap, stage, and attempt to cause psychological breakdowns in targets, employ stagecraft to facilitate frame-ups, or deliver deceptive campaigns to coerce the target to delay actions that would be adverse to the interests of military personnel engaged in illegal activities.
We also with with our team members deliver non-kinetic attacks including using directed energy weapons and sonic devices to cause severe injury in targets while attempting to maintain clandestine and plausibly deniable methods. We can weaponize anything from numbers to colors, and brands as part of campaign to engage in psychological warfare with targets. We do not respect the rule of law. We hold Mission above all else and their are no rules in our the war we wage on civilians or enemy combatants within the United States in peacetime where we have been deployed or in foreign theaters and foreign cities not engaged in war.

The Art of Deception: Training for a New Generation of Online Covert Operations
These are Government Dirty Operations
I know about these operations through personal experience over a multi-year period. These operations are conducted 24/7 against a target. In this instance, it was me a United States citizen. The operations began in 2020 after I discovered covert operations (drug and people smuggling, and cyber crime operations). These are part of influence operations. Influence operations are at the center of modern warfare. I have seen a write up on these slides which Glenn Greenwald covered in the Intercept, but no one every has discussed being an actual target and victim of these operations.
They are incredibly difficult to document which is why they are undertaken and part of the government classified dirty operations. These are modern day COINTELPRO techniques. You can review some back there of the United States Senate’s Church Committee on COINTELPRO. In my case an intimidation campaign was created after profiling me. This has centered around intimidation, harassment, threats and fear mongering by United States government operatives. This campaign is a campaign that is coordinated seamlessly between the digital world and the physical world. It is done to monopolize a targets entire sense of perception in an attempt to cause harm to the target while attempting to be unattributable (covert). You would think that since I discovered covert operations, if the government was going to take some nefarious (illegal response) then obviously this is going to be covert also. It was and remains this way as I type this message.
