I Reported It to These Agencies

1. The FBI San Diego, Dallas, and Brussels -along with online reporting.
2. The DEA San Francisco office
3. San Diego Police Department
4. Swiss Authorities including SEM and Federal Police
5. German intelligence and law enforcement were aware
6. Multiple local police agencies (useless of course)

The United States Government Personnel Engaged in Illegal Activities.

You have to ask yourself looking at all the things I have posted on this website from the harassment, intimidation, knowledge and personally witnessing drug and people smuggling, cybercrime staging, the knowledge of Scripps Ransomware operations, and people involved months before it went live, cars following me with obfuscated plates, chasing me, with multiple license plates at times (one obfuscating the other, and written threats and more why the FBI and DEA did not render assistance.

The answer is Special Operations personnel were engaged in covert activities and had used me as a decoy prior to me even becoming aware of what was going on. These activities were going on around me because I was part of intelligence puppeteering numerous people (including me as a law enforcement member). They then doubled down when I became aware and witnesses various criminal operations in which government personnel were involved and then made me the center pieced of the terror campaign the government operatives designed to illuminate threat groups. This was done by designating me as a (decoy) rat and forcing me across the countries looking for refuge because no law enforcement agency rendered aid.

The DEA San Francisco was going to have a meeting with me and higher ups told the agent to not have the meeting. This was because it was coming from the top. The FBI also gave me the run around time and again. This was because they were all involved in interagency activities on some level. However, I was made to believe it was incompetence and corruption by the government operators as part of a false flag operation. Eventually I created a website and while the events were true and it involved the Sinaloa cartel, Bloods another threat group members, it did not attribute responsibility to the those behind it (government infiltrators). I should have been given aid.

Everything that has been done is illegal by the government personnel involved from terrorizing me across the world and harming me. Add time and again lying to saying that I would be removed in in 2022 after I discovered the truth about it being government directed operations then forcing me back to the United States to assist in operations via coercion and threats using tradecraft communications.

This Was The Response

The Federal Bureau of Investigation

In a nutshell, I was given the runaround by the Dallas FBI and told to go back to the San Diego FBI. San Diego FBI never followed up after telling me we would meet. The FBI agents working out the United States embassy in Brussels Belgium met with me then requested evidence. I followed up to provide evidence. They stated they could not provide any evidence to the DEA, would not accept the hardcopy I had organized. They told me to submit a USB. I returned to provide the USB they requested the following week. They told me they could not review on the USB. This was while I was being intimidated and threatened outside the embassy. This was done because I was being used as bait by special operations personnel.

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)

San Francisco DEA. The agent stated he would set up a meeting with me. He told me he would not accept a link to review electronic evidence I had uploaded to the cloud. I was told to send all the evidence via mail. I sent it via mail. He did not review the evidence. He told me that his supervisor(s) had directed him to refuse the meeting with me. I was given the run around with the delivery of the evidence.

The Swiss SEM and Federal Police

I was steered into a Swiss intelligence-controlled location that had multi-national agency intelligence personnel in the refuge center where multiple suspects or intelligence targets had been also steered. I was intimidated every minute of the day. The Swiss falsified reports, and the contents, and corrupted the process for me to obtain asylum. They created conditions to obstruct my hearings and access to counsel. They had the asylum official imply they were going to provide me permanent residency and to simply sign off on the forms which I did. They then put me on a super accelerated asylum process. I was pushed through so I could be steered to another intelligence controlled location.

I attempted have FedPol (the Swiss Federal Police) intervene. They did not because it is obvious they made a deal with the United States to allow me to be used as bait and a focal point of a terror campaign in order to benefit from intelligence that was produced. My rights under the law were extinguished and I was terrorized under a plan devised by the Americans and by which they solid to NATO and allied partners like the Swiss.

Reasons for Not Rendering Aid

The reason I was not given aid was because United States operatives had decided to use me as a decoy in their operations that preceded 2019. When I uncovered their activities that involved covert operations, they doubled down and decided to use me as the focal point of a terror campaign to further ingratiate government operatives with the threat groups. This began yielding a significant amount of actionable intelligence for the Americans. The Americans were able to get the Europeans to participating in the dynamic. In fact, I arrived in Europe to a completely prepared environment and the Swiss and Germans played central role along with the Americans in ensuring I had no access to relief, ensuring I was terrorized, participated in terrorizing me, and created a trail to obfuscate the illegal activities of the federal intelligence and law enforcement personnel involved.

The German BND, BKA and Other Government Personnel

German Law Enforcement

I was steered into multiple intelligence-controlled locations in Berlin, Germany from when I arrived in November 2021 through when I was trafficked out April 2022. Let me put it to you very clearly via one example. I was told by a German law enforcement official just before the staged deportation occurred that I would be sent on a paid “Delta” flight with a law enforcement escort back to MacDill Air Force Base in Florida, and my ordeal would be over. This never occurred.

Instead, I was presented a few days later with what was known as a SOCOM dilemma. This means I would be forced to choose between two options that would benefit SOCOM. I was now told, I would either have to declare asylum or they would simply deport me (covering up their operations). I knew intelligence had already taken control of the asylum center in Berlin and was terrorized in Switzerland at the asylum center so I was not going to go into the German asylum center.

Moreover, the Germans (Nazis had already demonstrated, that they were willing to go to great lengths employing illegal means in order to carry out intelligence operations with the Americans and other partners including having me physically assaulted. This along with other staged events at the airport involving other operatives and more made the situation untenable. I had no interest in going back to America where I had been terrorized to leave in 2021. However, I had no choice. I was put in this dilemma. The reason why I was forced to leave is I had communicated to the operatives involved that I would file a habeas petition enjoining the Germans and Americans from using me as bait in their global game.

McSinaloa Intimidation Prior to Going to the DEA

June 2020 with no follow up communication from the DEA’ s San Francisco office, a close friend of mine went to the DEA’s San  Francisco office.  I told him not to go if he was was threatened by McSinaloa. He is naive about these things and does not know anything about investigation or the criminal world much less organized crime.  

Nevertheless, I told him the message would be clear and an implied threat. The morning before he was to go over to the DEA, McSinaloa sent him a message.  The cartel had the a male Latino garden crew member my friends home photograph his home security cameras at this house. Obviously McSinaloa knew the cameras would immediately alert my friend that someone has been picked up on the cameras.  

In can you all do not know the garden crews are one of the go-to groups for the cartel to act as messengers and Halcone’s for the cartel.  They operative in plain sight, can attempt to utilize plausible deniability and provide a buffer against the other criminals running the intimidation operation. The goal obviously was to send a message to my friend to intimidate him not to going.  A cartel lackey taking photos of his security system at his home says: we were listening to your conversation with Christian. We know you plan to go to the DEA today.  We know where you live and we are not afraid.  This is classic intimidation and an attempt to once again prevent me from obtaining assistance from federal law enforcement.  

San Francisco, California DEA Field Office

So, wanting to assist and a bit naive decided to go the DEA. No one was present at the DEA’s office when he went. A sign on the door directed visitors to call a phone number. He called the number and said the duty agent gave him the run around. The Special Agent to whom I had spoke with and never returned my last calls, he was told, went on leave.  

Clearly sending a proxy gardener messenger is not the only tactic or thing the cartel partners did or would do to obstruct justice.  Was it a coincidence my Federal Express package that an attorney overnighted to the office of the San Francisco DEA had a delivery exception.  It stated the address was wrong. Yet the address was the address for the DEA.  Moreover, it stated the package was left in the mailroom.

The DEA has a sign on the door for its San Francisco office to leave all delivery packages, unprotected, in the hallway. Yet that is not what was indicated by the Federal Express receipts.  Cartel corrupts Federal Express delivery drivers all the time. Who is not to say they had corrupted or even engaged in targeted placement to control delivery of packages to the DEA offices having someone keep them apprised of mail coming and going from the DEA or to even intercept and or at least delay it. 

So, I had overnighted a large box of several pounds of paper because the Agent refused to accept a downloaded link.  The agent sent a text message stating he had received it.  He understood the urgency. Yet I never heard from agent again and he suddenly disappeared. More than odd.

I called the FBI several times. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has no records of my calls or conversations.

However you can review a few of the several calls I made to the Dallas FBI field office on August 12, 2020. The following image is a screenshot of one of my cell phone screens showing I called the FBI numerous times for assistance.

FBI FOIA Appeal Response

I completed multiple FOIA requests for the phone records for the calls I placed to the FBI Dallas field office. The initial request was no records found. The follow up FOIA request indicated the same as you can see above. Yet I spoke with a man who identified himself as the FBI duty agent and this individuals who identified directed me back to FBI San Diego office which took me through the decisive point of the Juarez – El Paso corridor. 

StingRays or DIRT Boxes 

So, when I connected with Dallas FBI duty agent, a male digitized voice came on prior to the phone connecting. It stated twice:  “Goodbye. Goodbye.” I was then connected to a man who represented himself as the duty agent. He sounded like a white male who was possibly a little older than me.  

I had a vehicle circling around me with a MITM fake license plate. I knew the SEALs had been working for years with the cartels. I knew they had access to sophisticated equipment. I knew that it appeared a fake base station was broadcasting in the middle of the desert as TelCel. I doubted I even connected with the Dallas FBI.

However, I had to trust I did. The duty agent, incredibly, directed me back to San Diego, California and expressed no interest in the case. I immediately drove back from where I came and into a trap.
