Special Operations Crimes
The Special Operations personnel are engaged with multinational partners in committing numerous felonies over a multi-year period to fulfill missions. This includes not only special operations agency personnel in the FBI, DEA, DOD, and CIA but also other multinational partner personnel like German (BND) and Swiss intelligence -especially the Germans.

There is no accountability for criminal conduct by personnel engaged in classified operations. There is no oversight. A blue wall and enormous deep-reaching power across countries. They act as criminals.
Dirty Operations Techniques
The governments have obstructed justice using various dirty operations techniques including falsified database entries, fear-mongering (threats), and coercion using classified tools and methods that are built around plausible deniability, obstructing access to counsel, engaging in deception as a means of creating a delay, economic warfare, falsification of records, sabotage, destruction of evidence, creating false narratives, daily coercion (via psychological warfare/influence operations), and attempting to have the target participate in the coverups.
Secret Sources and Illegal Methods
The suits standing in front of the US flag coming from their offices for press conferences like Operation SpecTor are not the ones in the field cultivating all the intelligence that leads to these indictments. Without the Tier 1 personnel (many criminals), none of these unprecedented results would have happened. This is done by tier-one teams who wield enormous power and operate outside the law – Think “Get Pablo.”
The tier-one teams are infiltrators engaged in covert and clandestine activities developing and funneling this information. Tier 2 workers use it to selectively knock down threat actors and use parallel construction to obfuscate the origins. I will demonstrate parallel construction and illegal stagecraft in upcoming posts using my own photos.
As the SOCOM states, “the whole world is its stage” so this is global. The teams manage a global stage and I have been the lead actor in a long-running movie. These activities are all obfuscated via parallel construction and illegal activities -blackening activities or dirty operations. I know because I was at the center of it until last month.
As to the attached, I can tell you, that illegal traffic stops are sometimes used to paint, meaning to color as an “artist” would do – a target -as part of black operations to create falsified field contacts and obstruct justice as part of smear campaigns and to intimidate targets. I have first-hand knowledge about illegal stops, searches, and falsified reports. This also method controls someone and puts them in a “box.” If tier two agents look at the falsified entries from these staged stops, they are influenced by the false narrative special operations constructed over time.

So I want to make clear that I am not suggesting the entire Boerne Police Department near San Antonio Texas is corrupted. In fact I encountered many police officers and sheriff’s who attempted to provide assistance including with Boerne Police Department on August 13, 2020.
However, every time the officer would come, the cartel union members using unified communications and clearly tapped into my communications would leave the area before law enforcement arrived. Some law enforcement; however, did not respond to requests for assistance. One of these was the latino officer in Boerne, Texas. He also is a Sinaloa Cartel lackey and corrupt dirt bag that needs to be prosecuted.

The Actions of Corrupt Boerne Police Department Officer
1. The Boerne Police Officer never showed to the crime scene until after I left despite being nearby.
2. The Boerne Police Officer falsified records.
3. The officer likely facilitated the filing of a falsified police department report by a cartel proxy who knew I had identified her.
4. There was an attempt to obstruct obtaining Police Department records when requested. The Attorney General of Texas however denied this attempt to prevent the release of the records to me by the Boerne City Attorney’s office because there was no legal basis to deny my request.
