The government personnel involved did exactly what is described in these documents and more in order to destroy me, coerce and use me, terrorize and intimidate me over a multi-year period while playing people around me to create fissures. The developed and implemented a covert terror campaign and weaponized other law enforcement personnel and everyone and everything around me.

This included multinational partners in Switzerland, Belgium, and especially Germany to whom I was pimped out to be used as bait. Other countries were also involved. The actions included not only these online covert actions, but an offline covert campaign that was synchronized to terrorize, steer and ruin me.

Offline Covert Actions

The same techniques used in offline covert operations include the online covert techniques. Below is a photograph from September 30, 2020 several months prior to the ransomware of Scripps Hospitals in California. This slide was created a few years ago. It is an example of covert operations in the ‘offline” world and the use of mimicry. This was part of a sophisticated, massive government covert operation to discredit, intimidate, harass and break me. The FBI did nothing to assist and in fact the personnel involved allowed the Scripps Ransomware operation to proceed despite my attempts to obtain meetings with the FBI. This vehicle I believe is FBI or military intelligence. The FBI did not want to speak with me because federal personnel who had infiltrated the threat groups were puppeteering those responsible for the ransoming Scripps Hospitals.

mimicry: noun: mimicry; plural noun: mimicries the action or art of imitating someone or something, typically in order to entertain or ridicule

Gaslighting is loosely defined as manipulating someone into questioning their own perception of reality. The goal of gaslighting is to abuse the target psychologically so the target begins to question their sanity, memories, or perception of reality. The goal is to make the target confused, anxious, or unable to trust themselves. This is part of Western intelligence agencies arsenal that includes special operations personnel and members of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

The effectiveness of this technique is not simply limited to the target. The goal is to discredit the target. One method is for the special operations personnel to engage is unusual and on the face incredible activities so that the story sounds implausible which would have the effect of the listener questioning the veracity of the target. This is part of a the reputation destruction of a target.

Illegal Activities to Support Mission

What I am going to describe is not letting it play. It was part of a carefully designed terror campaign crafted and executed at least by SOCOM personnel who decided implementing and engaging in illegal operations to my detriment to ingratiate the operatives with organized crime groups was appropriate.

I guess when you operate without accountability it is easy to come to this conclusion. What occurred here implicates not only a few individuals but a number of special operations personnel who engaged in serious criminal activities that targeted me and caused serous injuries. This included numerous injuries from a persistent concussion over a multi-month period (brain damage), damage to an ear from a sonic device targeting my ear, and creating a psychological warfare/terror campaign that resulted in me sleeping with a weapon to protect myself.

Remember the Army’s Psychological Operations Groups that support SOCOM can weaponize anything and they did. They created an entire stage surrounding the house where I was confined due to their criminal acts. I was effectively a prisoner there from November 2020 through my departure on July 1, 2021.

Directed Energy Weapons and Sonic Devices

Who used directed energy weapons and sonic devices? SOCOM / Spies. They do this because their goal it for every action to support the narrative they are constructing via a smear campaign and other black techniques. They also need to do it with leaving little to no evidence. They have access to the tools and technical ability to do it and they did it. Do you think that somehow that cash poor Cuba has the only ability to bring these weapons to bear? The United States Department of Defense has an annual budget almost approaching 1 trillion dollars. Clearly, it has the money and funds and technical ability to do it. I can state with absolutely certainty it has the ability to cause Havana Syndrome.

Additionally, the United States agencies who have a need such as the CIA could with others initiated a coverup campaign especially to obfuscate and deny the truth -United States personnel are using these weapons and have used them in at least one instance to target an American citizen. United States personnel have used the resources to engage in a campaign to obfuscate the fact that Havana Syndrome is very real to hide activities that are illegal.

United States PsyWar Campaign to Execute Mission

The following images demonstrate the efficacy of a psywar campaign carried out by United States government personnel. I had been threatened over several months first while I was employed at a local law enforcement agency. This continued after my employment as I fled across the United States. In fact I had purchased a gun after men were sent to multiple homes and hotels from La Jolla, California to Tijuana, Mexico, San Diego and to others homes outside of San Francisco, California. This was done at the direction of government personnel.

Special warfare personnel and presumably United States Army Intelligence (INSCOM) as part of the campaign had surrounded me at the house to use me as bait to fulfill their Mission. They had members of organized criminal groups surrounding the house from when I arrived in November 2020 until the day I departed to the airport to fly to Europe on July 1, 2021. Each time I stepped out the door, vehicles would converge from all three directions to keep me detained at the house. This was supplemented with murder (187) and home entry threats on every device, combined with other techniques from using topiary (cutting a tree) in the shape of a large looming figure and using various annoying lights, and other organized crime members associates who worked as part of the household staff to terrorize me.

I could not contact law enforcement because they had engaged in an intimidation campaign that drove me from San Diego. I waited to be murdered in that location. Various members of organized criminal groups were going around the house at all hours at the direction of SOCOM personnel and others. So I began sleeping with the gun I had purchased due to be threatened after law enforcement not only failed to render assistance, but had participated in the terror campaign. It was reasonable given the capabilities and what had occurred over 2020 and prior and the threat that entry would occur any day as had been threatened. I never would have purchased the gun, much less been sleeping with a gun, but for the circumstances created by the government personnel involved in using me as bait.

One night, I finally passed out despite the state of terror I had been intentionally placed and awoke to a sound outside amid a nightmare about Bloods doing home entry (I was suffering from PTSD) at this point. The weapon discharged at point blank range. A 9mm hollow point bullet ripped open my leg. Because I had been effectively imprisoned and terrorized 24/7 at that location, I was not able to seek medical care given the risks involved. I was forced to stay on that property as a prisoner by design to be used. I never was able to seek medical care for the injury. Instead the United States government operatives involved doubled down on their terror campaign to further ingratiate themselves with the organized criminal groups involved.

Within months SOCOM personnel had deployed or crafted some type of microwave weapon and targeted it at my room. I soon was walking around with a concussion 24/7 for at least a few months. They showered the room I stayed in 24 hours a day except when staff went into it they would stop. Staff that they had harrassed me. This caused me to have significant issues and be disoriented and have trouble even thinking and other physiological changes. Every day I thought I was going to die given the constant threats, the gunshot wound that was the result of the influence operation. This was further coupled with a 24/7 terror campaign that never ended. Additionally I was attacked with a sonic device that seriously damaged my ear while I was in that room.

Who Provides These Services

Psychological Operations Units Supporting SOCOM

The Psychological Operations Groups supporting Special Operations Command (SOCOM). The individuals involved from these groups, the 4th Psychological Operations Groups (POG), and the 8th Psychological Operations Groups are terrorists by definition and should be tried by military and civilians courts in multiple jurisdictions for the crimes they have committed and are continuing to commit to support covert operations.

This is analogous to the US Army intelligence and military law enforcement personnel who acted dishonorably while deployed on their mission at Abu Ghraib. This is the same if not worse for those who need to be held accountable. The 4th POG created this video, Ghosts in the Machine. It is not a recruitment video. Some personnel from this POG are definitely involved in some capacity and they are along with the 8th POG are providing support for operations. Additionally they need a lot more bodies in the field for the influence operations so this would like be military intelligence personnel under INSCOM.

The covert operations personnel who ingratiated themselves the the cartels and mafias are not the ones crafting all the psychological warfare campaigns. It is support personnel that would come from the 4th and 8th.

These military personnel have weaponized everything possible over a multi-year period to attempt to break me and keep me in a state of fear (which is a method of control) in order to use me as bait to lure out threat group members to illuminate threat networks, keep me in a state of fear believing the government will not uphold the rule of law, isolated, to cover up their activities by using these methods that maintain what SOCOM refers to as a small footprint. As in the video they weaponize everything. These activities are obviously illegal but done to support covert operations. I welcome the opportunity to be at every members trial should you be charged as the law provides. I hope the Attorney General of the United States and his counterpart in countries where the operations occurred that were supported by criminal conduct will similarly charge the government personnel involved so the public remains confidant in institutions such as our justice department by ensuring the rule of law.
