In 2022, the CIA, DOD, and German intelligence conducted operations in Berlin. One part of the operation was based around Neptune’s statue, located at Alexanderplatz, Berlin, during the Christmas market.

German, Swiss, and other European readers: you can expect more in the coming days and weeks about all the illegal activities that occured in Europe involving intelligence and law enforcement.

Claims that government agencies are infiltrating online communities and engaging in “false flag operations” to discredit targets are often dismissed as conspiracy theories, but these documents leave no doubt they are doing precisely that.

Whatever else is true, no government should be able to engage in these tactics: what justification is there for having government agencies target people – who have been charged with no crime – for reputation-destruction, infiltrate online political communities, and develop techniques for manipulating online discourse? The Senate’s Church Committee investigated and identified a wide range of intelligence abuses by federal agencies, including the CIA, FBI, Internal Revenue Service, and National Security Agency.

In the course of their work, investigators identified programs that had never before been known to the American public.

Committee staff researched the FBI’s long-running program of “covert action designed to disrupt and discredit the activities of groups and individuals deemed a threat to the social order,” known as COINTELPRO.
