Anything They Touch is a Weapon

This is a document I created in 2022. These describe methods employed during a global psychological warfare operation targeting me. The United States government infiltrators were selling “fixer services” to the cartels and other organized criminal groups. This was one of the solutions. They devised a plan in San Diego, California where I resided which is home to West Coast Navy Special Warfare very close to the San Diego and Mexican border.

The plan was to terrorize me across the world to flush out local networks wherever I went. United States operatives (SOCOM) affiliated, had all the threat group members participate in the gaslighting, intimidation, and harassment of the rat wherever I went. They provided puppeteering of individuals who were undoubtedly ready and willing to do it. These documents do not state the truth.

The government operatives did not engage in illegal activities to support the cartel but did so to support their mission. Many crimes were committed over a multi-year period. They sent literally tens of thousands of members out from 2019 and as of today are still using me as bait to lure out members of organized criminal groups. Another operative believes the Attorney General of the United States is not aware of their activities because they have kept these operations compartmentalized via classification, careful maneuvering, and obstructing my access to counsel while carrying out a smear campaign to support their covert and illegal activities over the past several years.

I was contacted in Berlin by intelligence personnel. Using tradecraft, I was told to not expose the operation wherein I had been used as bait and the focal point of a terror campaign for multiple years. I was told the FBI was on the scene. I would be compensated for the harm done to me, receive permanent residency, and never have to return to the United States. I was told to act messed up, appear disheveled, crazy, and walk around with my eyes wide open like the actor in night crawler.

I was told to play the part of the rabbit, while they hunted the threat group members they were sending after me every minute of the day. I was told to do this and a large influence operation supported it using the same techniques they were using to terrorize me as outlined in this document. I was told to go along with it after I was victimized for multiple years and to remain quiet. Like a pedophile predator might say to a child. Don’t tell. It will all be okay.

German and American Government Pimps and Liars

I was at the intelligence controlled location where I was contacted (which I refer to as the House of Horrors, the Oranienburg Concentration Camp, and Hotel Transylvania among other names). The bottom line is Christmas came, my release date, and then passed, and things got worse from there due to German and American law enforcement and intelligence personnel.

The United States’ Pimp Team

The ACLU back in 2011 wrote that the Military May Be Engaged in Illegal Psychological Operations and Propaganda Against U.S. Citizens. I can confirm that is true. This is a psychological operations pieces one of thousands over a multi-year period to support the governments covert operations. These books were part of a staged operation. They were served up to me at a staged by Special Operations personnel who had a San Diego Police Department SUV lying in wait for more illegal activities to be served up. You can see the book shelf inside and the cop SUV hiding like in a hunters blind just outside of the building where I snapped the photos of the bookshelf.

Influence operations are being implemented against designated American target(s) in the continental United States. These operations make use of esoteric methods that includes electronic warfare, cyber warfare, and psychological warfare. These methods and the tools that support them are used to attack a target or group targets. It is something akin to a binary bullet. They still hurt and the methods though non-kinetic are meant to lead to kinetic outcomes. The United States military using these methods as part of its role in special operations.

The United States 4th Psychological Operations Group (POG) is undoubtedly involved in everything that has occurred and likely the 8th POG the Phantom Knights (Airborne) that supports SMUs.

SOCOM Directed Topiary (Had the Tree Cut Into Ominous Figure)

This was directly visible from a house window I would look out the only time I would leave the room.

In Nashville, Tennessee. SOCOM personnel pretending to be corrupt working with the Sinaloa Cartel engaged in a total terror campaign targeting me whom they put up as a rat. Yes government personnel providing fixer services put me up as a rat so they could use me to illuminate networks of criminals wherever I went. This is in the ballpark of what the CIA was doing in the Philippines as part of its psychological operations.

What is the difference between SOCOM working domestically with no oversight or the CIA, or DIA clandestine service personnel or anyone else with whatever name. They can do whatever they want.

The SOCOM personnel set up operations across the street and turned the entire area into a stage. They weaponized everything they could from vehicles, sound, colors, the bushes, and use house Latino house staff to facilitate the terror campaign. This escalated to the use of sonic weapons and directed energy weapons. They turned the room I stayed in within the house into a house of torture over eight months via a carefully crafted campaign.

Magic

Magic is about managing the target audiences perception. There really is no magic. If the magician has an asymettric advantage by being able to have information before the audience ie. those its seeks to influence, it will be successful. In one world this asymetric advantage is called intelligence.

And a lof of influence operation campaigns center around using this advance knowledge. Consider multimedia is about influence. In the non-intelligence world, corporation want you to use their service or buy their products. They create a campaign around influencing the target audience to take the action they desire. Intelligence is the same. Much of their campaigns center around fear. Fear is a one of the greatest motivators. If say for example the campaign designer can get advance viewings of television shows or movies yet to be released, they can structure campaigns to make the target believe they actually crafted (produced the shows and staged various elements). In reality they had nothing to do with it with it. For example, if you want to influence a target into believing that you can manipulate all the media at will even movies in Hollywood, here is one example to attempt to make your target believe that the government agency is omnipotent (designer of the message) so they think their is no ability to escape the control the agency is attempting to exert.

18 Wheeler Trucks -Hundreds if not thousands are used

The Special Operations division using hundreds of 18 wheeler trucks to engage in operations. They do not use black SUVs and sedans like the movies.

The 18 wheelers allow them to take the high ground and go about unnoticed. It is very difficult for someone to see up into a large truck cab. The can observe from up above and who is going to think that the government deploys thousands of 18 wheelers as part of its operations. They can sleep in vehicles which allow them to maintain not footprint by checking into hotels. They additionally use the back of the truck for filming. The trucks serve many purposes. They also use these trucks to swerve at targets using them as weapons and intentionally tail gate targets as part of threats and other fear mongering tactics then direction once the government pimps have coerced the target (slave) into engaging in operations. The sides of the trucks are used to convey messages especially threats using plausibly deniable methods. This is part of the governments big pimping human trafficking team (that traffics at least one person to use).

Coercion is what pimps do to their victims. The United States government is no different when it involves the Special Operations personnel. Specifically, SOCOM’s 4th POG and 8 POG with likely the assistance of others, likely INSCOM personnel have facilitated large scale influence operations. The Nazis in Germany have this mastered and I presume it is the counterpart military and intelligence personnel.

Nazi are so good at Influence Operations, Hitler embraced psychological warfare. It is quite clear based on my experience that various practices still remain despite this renunciation of authoritarianism and other Nazi practices like using slave labor, and engaging in deportations after enslaving and deceiving me to clean up Europe. The Nashville Bombing Christmas Day 2020

The Nashville Bombing which you can read about PBS The Nashville Bombing, occurred while I was living in Nashville. It occurred several miles away from the house where I was being detained by special operations personnel.

Publicly there is no stated motive for the suspect crawling into a motor home and blowing himself up (if that is taken as true). I do not know what occurred I do know that he was steered to building the bomb and blowing up downtown. Curiously no one asks how it is in a major metropolitan city, one in the top 25 for all of American, that there was not a single casualty other than the bomber.

This man was directed and steered into doing what he did using classified tools (that I know about through experiences) where these same tools have been used. They are intelligence tools. They are influence operation tools. They leave no trace. The person -the bomber victim – would have no idea they were being influenced, that someone was managing their perceptions and even if they did would have no idea who was behind it. Certainly your run of the mill FBI agent or any other detective will not even be aware of these tools or consider whether they are relevant.

They fulfill a vital element the crime of human trafficking crime as well as harassment, intimidation, and to actual harm people -American citizens on domestic United States soil. They provide support and are an integral part of supporting Defense Clandestine Service personnel or the like operating (illegally) in the United States and targeting civilians. They are criminals who engage in criminal acts to support their missions. They have no oversight, and as many know the Department of Defense suffers from lack of accountability. These are probably individuals who have experience operating at places like Abu Ghriab that never faced justice is any way and are doing more of the same now on American soil and abroad assigned to counter terrorism or drug interdiction operations.
