First and foremost personnel at all these government entities are not culpable. I have no doubts there are many men and women who work with integrity and are honorable. However, these individuals are not the subject of my concerns.
My concerns are with some of the folks from each of these agencies and at other agencies who are culpable over the course of a multi-year operation. This would center on United States personnel at JSOC and others within SOCOM and law enforcement liaison personnel who allowed this conduct to crimes to continue on for so long.
The amount of suspects is in the tens of thousands. This went on from at least 2019 through the present. Every day, sometimes minute to minute. No days off. The government operatives involved have engaged in activities that have all but buried me to continue using me as an object of their terror game.
There are two groups of criminals. The multinational government personnel responsible for what has been done to me and the state and non-state threat actors and associates they have been pursuing in global operations.
Government Operators
These are the no-fail mission operatives who enjoy artisanal lattes and kachava while plotting and executing terror campaigns and use, abuse, and destroy other people while enjoying privileged no-accountability positions with SOCOM and other intelligence agencies. The Executive has granted them the ability to effectively take lives and destroy lives with total impunity and to subvert the laws of this nation.
State and Non State Actors
The governments have been using parallel construction to obfuscate the origins of the intelligence. By doing so this has allowed the illegal conduct and operations to continue unabated while allowing others involved in crimes such as harassment, intimidation, stalking, and gaslighting to walk unless they are implicated in other criminal activities.

Federal RICO Offenses
Inevitably they will be indicted then imprisoned for violations from interstate stalking to support witness intimidation with enhancements given all this originating out of my discoveries while a member of law enforcement.
The white female driving the vehicle is urged to contact the DEA to sell out your side kick, Blood suspect associate, before they come for you. He might want to go in and rat too given he’ll likely not be seeing daylight again for a few decades unless he rats.
