My entire experience from 2020 through the Present has been exactly this type of operation.
You have to ask yourself. How did all this happen to someone and the FBI, DEA, local law enforcement, and European counterpart agencies like the Swiss and German Federal Police and Swiss SEM, had no interest in rendering assistance? The better question is why did these personnel ensure that I was harmed?

I am creating this website after several years of attempting to obtain assistance from various law enforcement agencies including foreign allied personnel. I was refused assistance by the FBI, DEA and DOD along with counterpart agencies in Europe.
Unbeknownst to me I had been refused assistance and any form of relief because NATO and allied agency personnel concocted and executed a plan to use me as prey. Prey meaning, one that is helpless or unable to resist attack or a victim. Victim by definition is one that is injured, destroyed, or sacrificed under any of various conditions, one that is subjected to oppression, hardship, or mistreatment or one that is tricked or duped
I was used in a global campaign to illuminate state and non-state transnational threat group members. Literally, terrorized across the world, desperate and searching for answers, in Berlin Germany where I had been steered, I discovered the truth. I was the victim at the center of a global multi-billion dollar terror campaign. I was about to expose the operations, when a clandestine operative reached out to me using tradecraft and directed me to assist.
Deny, Degrade, Disrupt, Deceive and Destroy
I was told I would be released from the ordeal by Christmas 2022. However, this did not happen. Instead, those involved German and United States personnel continued to delay and deceive me while keeping me in a horrific situation. I was directed to walk around then later drive around with my eyes wide open 24/7 and act nuts and appear disheveled and go along with it all. This was repeated over and over via a large influence operation and steering, and stagecraft was employed to ensure it was so.
In the beginning of 2023 while in Berlin Germany engaged in slaving for the Germans and NATO, I communicated I would seek counsel to have a writ filed in the DC Courts seeking to forbid the United States, Germany and other NATO personnel from using me against my will in operations and keeping me in a state of terror and servitude. A series of staged actions were undertaken to route and harm me.
I was physically attacked in a staged assault set up by the Germans and Americans at an intelligence controlled location. I was seriously injured and have never received medical care. Soon after this event at another staged event, my passport was seized for a staged deportation -not before being presented with a SOCOM dilemma. However, prior to the presentation of the dilemma, I was told by a member of German law enforcement in a back room that I would be taken back to the United States under escort on a Delta flight to MacDill Airforce base in Tampa, Florida (the home of special operations command). This was a lie. One of many to continue to use me.

Instead I was deported and trafficked back to the United States to be used by special operations personnel. This was intentionally done by the Germans and Americans after having me slave for them in Germany for about 8 months. They wanted to repeat the operation in the United States given the success in Germany.
I was forced to go back to the United States. I fled from the United States approximately July 1, 2021 where I was tortured over a period of several months by United States government personnel providing fixer services for the Sinaloa cartel and Bloods. I literally was confined to a house from December 2020 until about July 1, 2021 when I left the house with an escort to the airport to exit the United States after the FBI and DEA provided no assistance. (The agencies provided no assistance because they were using me in classified operations to illuminate threat groups and to ingratiate other operatives and classified personnel had staged a series of events to smear me).
Obviously, I would have never returned to the United States and promptly left the country once I arrived. Instead, I was further coerced to obtain a vehicle and drive (as bait) back to the west coast. I did so, but the coercion and intimidation continued -leading me to drive over 60,000 miles from June 12, 2023 to January 15, 2022. I have effectively crossed the United States 32 times with a large armada of personnel. I have been intimidated by various personnel from large trucks taking swipes at me, staged field contacts and tickets, threatened with prison if I obtained counsel and numerous other threats by government personnel using tradecraft.” The subtext, what are you going to do: We are the FBI, DEA and DOD.
I created the following slide deck prior just prior to being contacted. It is not accurate, the photos are accurate, but it shows how i was terrorized across the United States and parts of Europe by organized crime group members who gaslit and would surround me (this included government personal to the level of terror to further ingratiate other operatives, by ensuring I was thoroughly terrorized. You can see the “Compton” shirt that was placed next to my bed in the Swiss intelligence controlled location with Americans intelligence lurking somewhere. The Players
-The Puppeteers: Government-operator-infiltrators, acting rogue provided fixer services from transportation to risk mitigation (witness intimidation, obstruction of justice, surveillance) as well cybercrime to organized crime groups. Yes, government infiltrators provide solutions for (dis)organized crime.
-The Puppets: tens of thousands of organized crime members and associates tasked by highly placed infiltrators with going out in every locale to do things like gaslight (special operations crafted) and to obstruct, intimidate, harass, sometimes physically attack, chase, and menace i.e. terrorize the rat -a former member of law enforcement who had attempted to expose cartel activities.
Other times, to serve as a demonstration of the cartel’s power, the OCG associates were sent to gawk and take photos of the former member of law enforcement (rat) looking broken -the one who attempted to “rat” out the cartel. The associates would send the photos around and networks were identified because intelligence monitored everything.
-The Rat. The target of the global terror campaign (i.e. the Rabbit). This was me. I was forced into this role by government operatives acting rogue who designed and executed a global campaign involving NATO allies and non NATO allies targeting state and non-state threat groups through my involuntary participation and to my personal detriment.
To the puppets, I was a former law enforcement official who crossed the Sinaloa Cartel and Bloods by reporting its criminal activities. I was the rat, who had his job taken by the cartel (actually government operatives), was framed, physically harmed and tortured, and terrorized across the world. To the puppets, I was the focal point of the campaign, whose demise demonstrated the power of the cartel and that it was untouchable.
The Upside Down
The truth -it was a government designed terror campaign directed at me as a black operation, and started as a false flag operation, as a means to illuminate networks and paint targets. The game continued after I was contacted in Berlin during 2022. Operators and support personnel call it a game -or the upside down.

Asymmetric Advantages
The United States enjoys asymmetric advantages.
Asymmetric warfare is warfare between opposing forces which differ greatly in military power and that typically involves the use of unconventional weapons and tactics (such as those associated with guerrilla warfare and terrorist attacks. In a sentence, the United States and its allies whether in counter-terrorism initiatives, or illegal attacks on civilians enjoy asymmetric advantages. They have trillions of dollars in equipments, millions of personnel, and advanced weapons that few know about and the funds by which to finance targeting people they refer to as “enemies of the state.”
This simply means someone who can expose their illegal activities, and who they wish to “bury.”
It has a widespread surveillance apparatus listening in on targets on a massive scale, it can use this information to influence. It has its forces engage in information warfare to influence an outcome. This is modern warfare. These methods are deployed against Americans on American soil.
United States Army Special Forces Command
PSYOP Forces are Masters of Influence – the core of information warfare. We conduct influence activities to target psychological vulnerabilities and create or intensify fissures, confusion, and doubt in adversary organizations (individuals). We use all available means of dissemination – from sensitive and high tech, to low-tech, to no-tech, and methods from overt, to clandestine, to deception.
War Crimes: Crimes Against Humanity
I am going to describe my personal experience with all these methods over a multi-year period to put me in a state of detention, victimize me, strip me of my civil liberties and commit horrible acts in order to move its mission forward.
These are nothing short of war crimes undertaken against an American so the Department of Defense could complete its mission. My story will read as unbelievable but it is true and the more you read, the more you will see it is so. Members tied to the psychological operations group and others who provided support presumably INSCOM and others should serve time in prison.
COINTELPRO
COINTELPRO, a counterintelligence program conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from 1956 until its exposure in 1971o discredit and neutralize organizations and individuals considered subversive to U.S. political stability. It was covert and often used extralegal means to criminalize various forms of political struggle and derail several social movements, such as those for civil rights.
COINTELPRO operations were initiated against various organizations and individuals. Individuals like Martin Luther King Jr., Malcom X and Tactics included intense surveillance, organizational infiltration, anonymous mailings, and police harassment. These programs were exposed in 1971 when the Citizens’ Commission to Investigate the FBI burglarized an FBI office in Media, Pennsylvania, stole confidential files, and then released them to the press. More information regarding COINTELPRO was later obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, lawsuits lodged against the FBI by the BPP and the SWP, and statements by agents who came forward to confess their counterintelligence activities.
A major investigation was launched in 1975 by the U.S. Senate Select Committee to Study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities, commonly referred to as the “Church Committee,” for its chairman, Senator Frank Church of Idaho. However, millions of pages of documents remain unreleased, and many released documents are heavily censored. In its final report, the committee sharply criticized COINTELPRO:
Many of the techniques used would be intolerable in a democratic society even if all of the targets had been involved in violent activity, but COINTELPRO went far beyond that. The Bureau conducted a sophisticated vigilante operation aimed squarely at preventing the exercise of First Amendment rights of speech and association, on the theory that preventing the growth of dangerous groups and the propagation of dangerous ideas would protect national security and deter violence.
Director Kelley last December sent a memorandum to FBI personnel strongly reaffirming the Bureau policy that: “FBI employees must not engage in any investigative activity which could abridge in any way the rights guaranteed to a citizen of the United States by the Constitution and under no circumstances shall employees of the FBI engage in any conduct which may result in defaming the character, reputation, integrity, or dignity of any citizen or organization of citizens of the United States.”
Violations of citizens’ constitutional rights were rampant, and the secret operations even resulted in a number of deaths. The secrecy of the program and the way in which it operated outside the checks and balances designed to prevent such abuses of power are documented to show how such practices are conducted without the knowledge of the media, the public, and governmental agencies intended to counter such rights violations.
United States Dirty Operations Weapons Use Against Civilian(s)
This is a visual I quickly put together that provides an overview of how United States and German intelligence operatives engage in influence operations to support dirty operations (illegal activities). This is cutting edge and you will not be able to read about this anywhere else.
This is how the US government spends some of your tax dollars (quite a bit). The special operations personnel (classified operations) use a combination of psychological warfare (psywar), electronic warfare, and cyber warfare. The psywar anchors these dirty operations.
Dominate the Perceptions of Target to Effect a Result
The goal of the influence operation in this instance is to dominate the perceptions of a target. The intent is to influence the target and to damage the target to create what SOCOM personnel refer to as fissures (breaks).
This is fundamentally subverting the target’s free will and civil liberties. It is everything the United States was not founded on. Nevertheless, United States special operations personnel hold this practice in the highest regard.
This is the core of how the United States’ dirty operations team engages targets to harass, intimidate, and harm while attempting to leave no evidence (SOCOM standard practices).
This is done by deploying a team to dominate the target’s digital sphere. The campaign would dominate whatever the targets use: television, cellular phone, laptop or other computer devices, and the radio. They take control of the target’s devices. And in the physical, the team (the smurfs) would dominate wherever the target looked (as much as possible), and the audio (think radio in a box) on steroids. They would stage places the target frequents like the bookshelf at a cafe, have a vehicle driven by SOCOM personnel with stickers and a customized plate with message for the target drive in front of target or have someone walk in front of the target with a T-Shit message. These same methods to harass and intimidate are also used in tradecraft communication. This is because they seek a plausibly deniable method that is obfuscated by it being seemingly random and carefully tailored for the target based on a profile operatives have constructed. The profile is constructed by going through files (illegally obtained) and human observation.
The physical space supplements the digital campaign and any medium can be used because as SOCOM’s 4th Psychological Operations Group (POGs) likes to brag -they can weaponize anything.
They are effectively the COINTELPRO dirty operations teams of the present. These are classified project special operations personnel so this means they can get away with anything because they have no oversight and the Attorney General and others who might arrest these personnel have no idea what is going on (or that the tools they use even exist).
