The SOCOM Murder Threats and Tagging System
This part of psychological warfare campaign
Examples: Plausible deniability attempted /attempt to hide criminal intent. Most people are not even going to notice this pattern. It is a special operation tagging system.

You can dismiss this as the federal government will attempt to create a significant amount of subterfuge surrounding this system used by intelligence, but it is what I have discerned. They use the number 187 and derivations of it to do two things.
First to threaten like as a murder threat. Most people know that 187 is slang for murder. So if someone is going to 187 then they are going to murder you. SOCOM operators, used 187 while I was a member of law enforcement. The SOCOM smurfs who prepare the environment and other staff basically leave it as a calling card around the target as part of a a psychological warfare campaign. In this instance it was me as a member of law enforcement, then after as an American citizen. Here are a few examples over 2020, but they are quite prevalent like I was bombarded through out the day on both all my devices and in the physical space to fear monger me and attempt to cause a break down.
Yes, this was done by the same men and their support network (SOCOM) that would be associated with this guy, a former Navy SEAL and member of SEAL Team 6 convicted of killing a Green Beret. If you want to find men who epitomize bad judgment look to some of the men in the Teams. I know other team guys over the years and I would say they were top-notch, and one in particular whom I respect, but these men, the team members involved are scum. They and their SOCOM support personnel both men and women need to cheat and engage in crimes to fulfill their missions. This is not permitted activity within undercover operations -not even close. Here are some examples from a murder threat campaign:
- The SEALs involved had at the United State Postal Service Coronado location, where I had my mailbox and where Navy Special Warfare is located assigned me box with 187.
- I was given an instant debit card by what was likely an OCG associate with 187.
- Receipts at locations suddenly began showing 187 where Latinos suspects assisted me.
- Vehicles were parked next to me with 187
- I went to file a report with the San Diego County Sheriff’s Deputy. I was harassed, threatened, and intimidated by two Deputies into not filing the report which would have secured footage I viewed of two suspects chasing me. The deputy gave me a number to call with a derivation of 187 and one of the Deputies wrote his badge as 0187. A Deputy had no business at the scene and instigated the intimidation.
- My devices all began rendering 187s from 2FA codes, to file sizes. This is part of covert online harassment and intimidation campaigns which you can read about here, Don’t Worry
- Random texts, emails, and messages all would bombard me with 187 throughout the day and sometimes 211 (code for robbery)
Tagging Targets with 187
Account number and phone numbers of associates have 187
- I was steered into leasing an intelligence-controlled location in Tijuana, Mexico and my landlords were likely the targets of surveillance had a bank account in the United States with 187
- People closest to me have 187 or a derivation of it in their phone numbers and with other accounts.
- In Switzerland, I was given a number with 187 on arrival and this was repeated again and again. I also noticed that all the people (person’s of interest being pushed into the SEM) a controlled intelligence center would give me phone numbers with derivations of 187. In Germany other suspects had 187 numbers, in Brazil 187 numbers. and the list goes on.
