10 Principles of Influence (Coercion)
The image belows is an excerpt from The Art of Deception. Training for a New Generation of Online Covert Operations. Edward Snowden released this document in 2014. I know how these campaigns work both offline and online. They are integrated campaigns undertaken by United States government personnel to ruin and control a target. The entire campaign is carefully crafted and synchronized.
Using Trucks to Coerce a Target
This is one aspect of a campaign to fit a particular purpose. Government personnel involved use trucks for several reasons in operations. The one I will discuss here is using it to communicate as part of psywar campaigns (coercion and control) campaign.
The Greed Principle
This plays into the targets logical belief that he is owed tens of millions of dollars by government agencies who engaged in horrific activites over a multi-year period to advance its operations. So the government plays into it with a deception and mimicry. Making false promised like the operative did (on behalf of the United States government and Germans) that I would be provided a significant settlement for the crimes perpetrated against me over a multi-year period, permanent residency, and justice. This was all continued deception and coercion to continue the illegal government activities.
After I was trafficked back to the United States to be used by special operations, this deception and coercion continued while simultaneously cutting me off from accessing counsel and any other resources like Congressional resources. Here are some of the coercion campaign on a daily basis by the special operations team. This involves a significant amount of resources, from personnel, vehicles, and tax dollars to conduct. It is about taking Brands, using alias, and crafting a campaign using timing, placement (often repitition), to influence (coerce) the target.
The way this is done is effectively the equivalent of having someone strapped down into a chair and flashing the name over and over to the target (saturating) the target with these and other memes and messages. It requires a convoy and a lot of other support vehicles.
- Evergreen: You will not ever have to worry about money
- Dollar General DOD is going to provide you settlement
- Family Dollar. Agency is going to provide settlement
- Golden Mile. You are going to be paid for driving (but never had a choice)
- Golden. You are going to be paid.
- UPS “We Deliver for you.” The government is going to “deliver” for you (payment)
The Time Principle
The United States citizen target believes the FBI, DEA, and other law enforcement agencies should have disclosed the illegal activities on the part of interagency personnel involved to the Attorney General. The target believes, logically, this should have never occured and should end any minute given all the illegal conduct and interagency personnel involved. The interagency personnel are aware due to 24/7 surveillence of the target including a one way radio in the targets vehicle the targets has this on his mind. The target has repeatedly expressed, “The AG needs to be involved. Where are the FBI personnel who are supposed to intervene? The DEA or anyone with DOD is required to report all the laws being broken and me being held in a state of detention, coerced, abused steered and trafficked around to be used by bait.
The governmet personnel create a campaign to decieve the target to use the target like a slave. Vehicles like AG, Senate, Hill, DC Express, Church bus to imply that a Church Committee is happening. This is merely more deception to continue to coerce and use the target. The implication is the AG is aware and allowing it to happen because there is some greater good. This is crafted deception feeding the target’s erroneous bias that federal law enforcement will do what is right.
The target is biased to believe despite all the FBI’s well publicized scandals from failing to fulfill its mandate to the American people, that the FBI will do the right thing and enforce the law and remove the target (me) from the situation. It has not ever since this began and today is February 28, 2024.
Special operations personnel are aware of this bias and explicity design their operations around this to psychologically control the target and keep the target as a hostage, or slave to be used for their purposes. This slide is from [CO…]
Selected Examples of Government Campaign Used to Hold Target in Detention, Use and Abuse
These are trucks that “circle around” or are staged next to the target in such a way to establish target acceptance. These vehicles are driven by goverment special operations personnel.
- [Operation] Last Mile / Final Mile. Final mile (per the DEA) then you will go to [Capital]
- China Shipping. We need more time because China is shipping.
- The Hill is On / Hill Electric. Capital Hill is “Electric,” waiting for the operation to end.
- Senate: The United States Senate will be having hearings.
- Church Bus We have been thrown under the bus and there will be a “Church Committe” Hearing
- Jordan: You will see US House Rep. Jordan about weaponization of the US government.
- AG: The US Attorney General is involved (and things are okay), but clearly are not.
- MG: The US Attorney General Merrick Garland is involved.
The Flattery Principle
- Legend: You are a legend, but it has other meanings (OCA and general for operative)
- Maverick: Established alias for someone who gets results via non-traditional means
- Gladiator: A fighter; specifically a man enslaved who returned to have his vengeance.
- Titan: An important person. Does not resonate with me but often used.
- Star: Universal symbol that is positive
- King: Universal symbol that is positive
- Hero: Universal symbol that is positive
The Authority Principal
- The Lloyd Group: Austin Lloyd Secretary of Defense (DOD)
- I AM LAW (Malawi) name of company with convoy.
- FedEx: “Fed,” like FBI or DEA agent etc here. Like X marks the spot.
- Final Mile: Reference to DEA Operation from last year called “Last Mile”
- AG (Works in Multiple Contexts): United States Attorney General
The Fear Mongering Principle
- Schneider (Former client of target serving life sentence without parole). Initials are PS
- Wood (White guy newly introduced to prison). Can be name or truck of wood.
- UPS (You are P. Schneider. You are gong to be your former client).
- Penske: You are going to the penitentiary.
- Upenn: You are going to the penitentiary.
- Penn State: You are going to the penitentiary
- Orange: Almost all schneider trucks are orange so this was weaponized as orange means you will go to prison. Pair it with another alias it signifies (alias) you will go to prison. Like establish the alias of the Target as being Tiger (or Cat) and then have something orange next to the alias (whatever the alias is that you know the target has accepted). For example, Insert cup of Tony the Tiger and Frosted Flakes cup, and Fanta bottles outside.
Alternative Uses of these Methods
One can use these methods not only to coerce, harrass, fearmonger, control, intimidate, and threaten, but to provide direct to the target after the target becomes compliant. This is done by the following methods [insert link to page].
