I want to show you a few items from the hotel where I have been since January 2024. I have been here about six weeks. It is an intelligence controlled location. Yet United States law enforcement and intelligence have never made formal contact with me. The only activities have been to assault me, and threaten me using modern warfare techniques.

I repeatedly requested assistance to be removed from this situation in Germany, but the operatives American and obviously Germany instead decided violate my rights to continue to use me. I have repeated these requests to be released from this dynamic many times through out the day. I attempted to obtain counsel at the Center for Constitutional Rights but was obstructed using tradecraft and the government infiltrators using government proxies to obstruct my access to counsel by posting them outside the building in a large operation. I reached out to members of Congress and never heard back from their offices.
Threats have also been made using tradecraft targeting one clandestine operative who is willing to come forward in regard to the illegal conduct of intelligence agencies specific to my situation. I sit now in an intelligence controlled location. An operative above me and other operatives in the area. Harassed and intimidated without any direct contact being made.
Reasons for Posting
Due to the above and and other reasons. I am posting this because the United States government and its partners have engaged in a smear campaign. The knowledge, I have acquired through an ordeal that is ongoing. I have attempted to repeatedly extricate myself quietly from the situation but the government has decided otherwise, and continues to threaten and attempt to bury me. They have lied to me so many times and move this along, it is pathetic. You can obviously choose not to believe what I write here, but nevertheless it all true. When the government and its partners engage in a smear campaign and engage in activities meant to cause serious harm to you, you really do not have any other choice.
Through my personal experiences, I have acquired a substantial amount of knowledge about method and tools. In case you do not know, the Special Operations Group is responsible for operations that include clandestine or covert operations with which the US government does not want to be overtly associated.[3] As such, unit members, called Paramilitary Operations Officers and Specialized Skills Officers, do not typically wear uniforms.[4]
If they are compromised during a mission, the US government may deny all knowledge.[5] SOG is considered the most secretive special operations force within the United States, with fewer than 100 operators.[6] The group generally recruits personnel from special mission units within the U.S. Special Operations community.[7]
Smear Campaign, Coverup and Horrible Things
One reason I have created this blog is because some United States government personnel have engaged in a smear campaign and worse along with other allies in order to use me and coverup illegal activities. I attempted to obtain law enforcement assistance over the course of some years, but each time was refused and continuously harmed.
This includes United States, German and Swiss agencies and others. Since there has been a smear campaign and countless horrific things have been done to silence me there is no harm in posting what I learned through my experiences. If aid had been rendered and the law followed, I would have never created this website. Instead, I deal with intelligence people creeping around and engaging in a psywar campaign, and engaging in harassment, intimidation and worse at times via methods that maintain plausible deniability while attempting to leave no footprints. This website will expose terror and horror at the hands and direction of some government personnel over a multi-year period so they could push their Mission goals forward to my personal detriment and complete obliteration of my civil liberties (life).
Overview
I discovered covert and clandestine activities | The government initiated a black bag operation targeting me and to use me. This blog is about illegal conduct to support a mission leading to unprecedented results. The activities have spanned further back than 4 years.
The crimes remained covered up with no accountability for the intelligence and law enforcement engaged in major crimes over a multi-year period. The personnel remains completely unaccountable from members of SOCOM, FBI and DEA other interagency personnel and counterpart personnel in NATO and other allied nations
Dark Alliances
Dark alliances is a reference to special operations dark side -this is what special operations are called.
It obviously will make some think about a series of articles that a journalist name Gary Webb wrote entitled the dark alliance in the San Jose Mercury news suggesting the United States agency personnel were involved in flooding the United States with cocaine. My reference is to not to all imply this has occurred, but merely there are dark alliances within intelligence and organized criminal organization especially the Sinaloa Cartel that are long standing. These are protected at significant costs to others like myself -and contrary to all laws.
The Sinaloa Cartel as a Doormat
It should not surprise anyone that the United States government intelligence operatives uses the Sinaloa Cartel as a doormat to connect globally. The Sinaloa Cartel is one of the worlds largest drug traffickers and is connected across the globe. As to activities, I can tell you what I know and saw with my own eyes.

United States government personnel have been involved in smuggling people and drugs into the United States via maritime routes (SEALs) Do I believe there is some conspiracy to undermine the United States via agency personnel and flood the streets with drugs. Absolutely not. In the world of special operations -who are brought in to do the job no one else can do – the basis of all their activities is to give in order to get somewhere. You need to build over an extended period of time to obtain “unprecedented results.” You need to ingratiate yourselves in order to get in deep and global and this involves engaging illegal activities and employing what is known as the “dark arts” or magic in tradecraft. I was a primary part of ingratiating these personnel.
In this instance, they need to provide a variety of fixer services that included drug and human smuggling, cyber crime services and specific to me witness intimidation and obstruction of justice and turning me into prey/ and decoy. However, personnel involved also concocted a plan to use me as a target by terrorizing me and ensuring any law enforcement agency I contacted would refuse to provide assistance so they could use me as prey for OCG members who wanted to get a rat. I was over time used to illuminate threat groups worldwide. Eventually the United States had engaged NATO allies to effectively pimp me out to them to use for their own domestic and “block” initiatives.
It is true, interagency personnel in the United States and some of it allies in Europe failed to render aid because they were actually were the ones who created the terror campaign and trafficked me around from country to country.
This article touches on the G rated version of actually what is going on. Based on my personal experience the stagecraft and use of local law enforcement extends beyond merely conducting illegal stops. It extends to filing falsified field reporters, DOD “actors” making very real complaints to smear targets and poison law enforcement databases to creative narratives that overwhelm and bury the truth. This is supplemented with destroying and falsifying evidence using its vast ability to influence outcomes. These agencies combined have annual budgets over 1 trillion dollars.
The DOD alone has a budget of approaching 1 trillion US dollars. They have the motive, personnel, asymmetric abilities to always be a step ahead, and technologies (that are unknown) to create outcomes that only benefit them. Can you imagine the force placed upon a single target and its ability to strip an individual of all their civil liberties and essentially their life using plausible deniable means? I do not need to imagine. I have lived it.
I created this website after after being victimized for several years by NATO and other allied personnel and requesting assistance from appropriate agencies like the FBI, DEA and others but being refused assistance. This was so I could be used in classified operations. Furthermore the FBI and other law enforcement personnel in addition to refusing to provide assistance, ensured I was seriously harmed over a multi-year period with no relief. I was trafficked back to the United States to assist in domestic operations while the United States government personnel involved engaged simultaneously in a smear campaign and influence operations to keep me assisting through January 2024.

The classified personnel involved have only engaged in coverup operations on a very large scale. Think of the scandal. United States operatives importing fentynal shipments. They could not keep track of guns in Fast and the Furious. Certainly they can not keep track of little lethal pills. Fast and the Furious “the gun walking” scandal created a major scandal within the Executive. What do you think this will do? This is so far beyond that into government personnel (teams of people with the Special Operations) committing major crimes.
Now another clandestine operative is coming forward with me as soon as I am able to actually obtain counsel after having been obstructed by government personnel using tradecraft techniques to deny, degrade, disrupt, deceive, and effectively destroy my ability to access counsel. They have done this while staging field contacts with law enforcement, staged stops, staged reporters making falsified allegations and more over a multi-year period which includes things far worse than reported in this article, but very similar. The Historical Context -Adapt to Agency and Departments (Draft)
I have been subjected to torture, smear campaigns, staged deportations from multiple allied countries, and been threatened repeatedly if I disclose what occurred. State law enforcement and intellgence agencies have been deployed to harm me and set up staged events. This echoes elements of authoritarianism, fascism, and totalitarianism. One can understand the state control in the present context who has embraced it seems a war of influence as the primary driver within the modern warfare arsenal. It’s a quiet war but ongoing and we see examples of it that seep into the public sphere. But are not so well understood as what happens is veiled beyond a seemingly unrelated driver.

Authoritarianism is a political system characterized by the rejection of democracy, civil liberties, and political plurality.[1] It involves the use of strong central power to preserve the political status quo, and reductions in the rule of law, separation of powers, and democratic voting. Authoritarianism is characterized by highly concentrated and centralized government power maintained by political repression and the exclusion of potential or supposed challengers by armed force. Authoritarian regimes often adopt “the institutional trappings” of democracies such as constitutions.[22] Constitutions in authoritarian states may serve a variety of roles, including “operating manual” (describing how the government is to function); “billboard” (signal of regime’s intent), “blueprint” (outline of future regime plans), and “window dressing” (material designed to obfuscate, such as provisions setting forth freedoms that are not honored in practice).
An authoritarian regime has “a concentration of power in a leader or an elite not constitutionally responsible to the people”.A Totalitarian state is “based on subordination of the individual to the state and strict control of all aspects of the life and productive capacity of the nation especially by coercive measures (such as censorship and terrorism)” and are ruled by a single ruling party made up of loyal supporters. Replace state with departments or agencies with unchecked power.
Manipulation of information

According to a 2019 study by Sergei Guriev and Daniel Treisman, authoritarian regimes have over time become less reliant on violence and mass repression to maintain control. The study shows instead that authoritarians have increasingly resorted to manipulation of information as a means of control. Authoritarians increasingly seek to create an appearance of good performance, conceal state repression, and imitate democracy.[48]
While authoritarian regimes invest considerably in propaganda out of a belief that it enhances regime survival, scholars have offered mixed views as to whether propaganda is effective.[49]
