Transnational Repression
When foreign governments stalk, intimidate, or assault people in the United States, it is considered transnational repression. You can get help to stop it.
Some countries’ governments harass and intimidate their own citizens living in the U.S. These governments may also target naturalized or U.S.-born citizens who have family overseas or other foreign connections. This violates U.S. law and individual rights and freedoms.
Transnational repression may take the following forms:
- Stalking
- Harassment
- Hacking
- Assaults
- Attempted kidnapping
- Forcing or coercing the victim to return to the country of origin
- Threatening or detaining family members in the country of origin
- Freezing financial assets
- Online disinformation campaigns
Governments use transnational repression tactics to silence the voices of their citizens (or non-citizens connected to the country), get information from them, or coerce them to return to the country of origin.
Who Is Targeted
Foreign governments typically target:
- Political and human rights activists
- Dissidents
- Journalists
- Political opponents
- Religious or ethnic minority groups
If you are in the U.S., including a U.S. territory, your freedom of speech is protected, regardless of your citizenship.
I was trafficked/steered to this location, Augustrasse 82 in Berlin Mitte. It was an intelligence-controlled location. A front.
You can read the statute for human trafficking and then read my blog. It is easy to discern that psychological warfare by itself meets the element for coecion. I have been victimized by United States intelligence and military personnel, German counterpart personnel and by the Swiss when I was in Switzerland. I was steered into a prepared environment in Switzerland, after going from one prepared environment to another in the United States then steered into multiple intelligence controlled locations within Germany to used to illuminate networks by German and allied intelligence. This is Human Trafficking. The FBI and DEA have played a role in it. There were also numerous personnel on site at these locations from the UK other parts of Europe and presumably beyond. However I can not say with certainty they were aware or what was being done to me and that I had been steered around. I doubt they were aware as it seems to have been compartmentalized. They were there to collect intelligence and it seems they did not need to know that they were participating in operations that involved the trafficking of a me (a civilians to be an object of a terror campaign) to illuminate these threat networks.
Did German personnel know. Certainly. Did the Swiss know. Certainly. Did the American’s pimp me out. Certainly. Was I trafficked back to the United States at a staged deportation by the Americans and Germans and lied to so I would leave. Certainly. Did this coercion continue when I arrived in America. The moment I arrived and has not stopped so the American Special Operations Division could illuminate most of the United States to my personal detriment. They do so using coercion that has invovled threats and lies. They are more criminal than the people they pursue as part of their Missions.
I was steered and trafficked around Europe to be use by the intelligence agencies.

The Swiss intelligence, SEM, and law enforcement fear mongered me and violated my civil rights while I was in Switzerland. They falsified records, created a false narrative and implied, I would have permanent residency if I signed off on documents. They then forced me out of the intelligence controlled refuge center in Boudry, Switzerland where I was harassed and effectively tortured through out the day from the moment I arrived until I left the center. From there I was pushed out of Switzerland so I would go to either England or Germany to be used as I had been used in the Switzerland and in the United States -as bait.
I arrived in Berlin at a location I was steered to using intelligence methods and technology. From there I was harassed and intimidated every minute while I was used as bait. The Germans facilitated and participated in this entire setup. It went on from November 2021 through the date of my departure April 2023. It only became worse from one day to the next.
The German personnel being the sick fucks they are like their Nazi predecessors were too happy to oblige the Americans so they could benefit off the intelligence and have record busts. Yes, the Germans sitll like to use foreign slave labor and traffick people around.
